Location and Facilities
Shandon Clinic is situated in the heart of Cork City within easy reach of teaching hospitals, Universities, Colleges and large residential areas. Located in the former University Dental Hospital, the fully equipped unit includes 18 beds, an out-patient clinic, a dental unit and a pharmacy. In addition to a general ward, there are facilities for clinical pharmacology studies in which intensive monitoring of subjects may be required.

Getting to Cork
Cork Airport has grown tremendously in the last 10 years. There are direct flights to Cork from Dublin and a number of cities in the UK, Spain, Italy, France, Germany and the Netherlands. Cork is also within easy reach (50miles) of Shannon Airport which is served by flights from North America.

Shandon Clinic has been committed to producing work of the highest quality since its foundation in 1990. There is ongoing investment in training of personnel and in the dynamic improvement of services and standards.

We currently perform between 20 and 30 clinical studies on site each year on behalf of clients from the UK, USA, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Australia, Canada, South Africa and Turkey. Data generated have satisfied regulatory authorities in all these countries.
